Clean, tidy and modern. But there was some sloppiness:
1. We asked for a refill of body lotion multiple times but this wasnt done- there was no body lotion when we moved into the room.
2. Whilst the lightning system and controls are modern and loom good, they dont work very well. I couldnt turn all the lights off but leave the reading lights on and the black out curtains let light in.
3. It seemed odd that the hotel had a spa and marketed itself as a spa hotel, but we had to pay to use it.
We selected the hotel as we wanted a luxurious stay with spa ameanities, and were willing to sacrifice location for this. However, given we had to pay to use the spa, we may as well have stayed more central.
