The food was great, however my room was not done up well. I didn’t have any hand soap, I was missing pillows, and the room was freezing at night. The beds are uncomfortable too.

Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Amazing place to stay, this place has a lot to offer, very comfortable rooms, food was amazing and staff, they are most efficient I've ever seen specially Ismail, Idrees and Asma were absolutely brilliant, I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
