Yangtze River Delta Romantic Holidays

We had a wonderful stay from 7 to 11 August. The facilities were ideal, especially with the stormy weather, as were the location and breakfast. Mike, the concierge, was extremely helpful providing us with all the help and recommendations we needed! Great and professional service. Would definitely recommend Pullman Central to friends.

My favorite hotel i have ever stayed in. Best service & best staff. Concierge got us into a restaurant in the Bund that was otherwise booked up. Hard to imagine a better location.

Quiet location and also easy walkable access to the bund and the historical steel bridge. Limited food options near by but easy to take a cab ride.

We were really excited to stay at Mandarin Oriental Shanghai, and it more than lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the care and service from the staff were exceptional. Our room was huge, beautifully presented and had the most incredible views across the city and the Huangpu River — a view we’ll genuinely never forget. Every day we returned to find the room serviced immaculately, with an impressive level of attention to detail throughout our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we also thought the value for money was outstanding. Everything about the experience felt genuinely five-star, from the room itself to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish, and we would return to Mandarin Oriental Shanghai in a heartbeat.
