This hotel is in a fantastic location! The rooms are lovely, and the staff is amazing. The concierge is incredibly helpful for any inquiries that you may have. The location puts you within walking distance of some of the best shopping on the planet, broadway shows, and Central Park.

Great big bathtub is really fun to use!

Nice hotel. No upgrade on a special occasion and no coffee in room. Nice but Plaza always gives me upgrade.

The room was booked with third party; hotels.com We checked in late, was given a room down the very end of an unlit hallway on the 4th floor. Room 414. A view was requested in the booking- we had a view of a concrete wall from both windows. The Hallway to our room was dark, poorly lit. Room was filthy and not to standard for a regular motel, let alone a prime location in New York’s city core which was off putting and disappointing. There was tape with partially ripped down birthday streamers on the ceiling, the carpets were wet, mirrors were dirty, bedding was not crisp. The room smelt of mildew. Upon arrival our front desk staff gave us “complementary bottles of water.” Which we extremely thankful for- because when we then went to go use the shower in our room, we then found out that the hotel had loss of water due to a boiler issue, and washed ourselves with the 4 bottles of “complimentary water.” No shower, or use of running water. Luckily for the hotel staff, we were able to laugh it off, but others beware!

They have only 1 person to do check in working front desk come on ? We arrived at desk no one wass working , Secuty guy had to try find the man who wass working at time . They should hire more ppl for work
