My stay at the Sofitel New York was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and eager to help, which made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and surprisingly spacious for New York City. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The attention to detail and level of comfort truly exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to the bartender, who made what may very well be the best Amalfi Spritz I've had in all of my travels. As someone who loves great food, cocktails, and hospitality, that's saying a lot! It was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to Times Square while still feeling tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Sofitel delivered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, hospitality, and location. 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New York City.

Great location in midtown. Room was spacious and clean daily. Pleasant and Helpful staff The hotel offers luggage store after checkout free of charge. Also there is no breakfast at the hotel, they do offer every morning coffee and tea with a muffin. Be a were that the windows are not sound proof and the park and street can be quite noisy.

Spooky, entering the lobby of The Royalton was a ghost town. Before Covid the Royalton was the place to be seen. Today, the room was totally outdated and the stains on the carpet made me a little nervous. The staff appeared to be on the same frequency, low energy and scripted. Let's not forget there were no cable channels available, just local stations.

At night not quiet from the outside, maybe the windows not good enough. Dust on the curtains, with regards of cleanliness, rest fine. Staff specially Williams always kind and helpful. Location good.

Staff was AMAZING!!! They made my daughters birthday extra special! 5 stars all around.

This is a great hotel in an ideal.location. near Broadway theater, resturants, and many entertainments. Ifyou arw in New York Coty, tbis is the place to stay

Here for a quick work trip but would definitely stay again. Great hotel at a reasonable price and perfect midtown location. Very friendly staff!
