If traveling with young children, please consider booking the luxe suite, which is a two-story (approx 800 sq ft) living quarters. Plenty of room to stretch out after exploring the city. “Balcony” is an understatement but such a great feeling to step out into the third floor and see down 44th Ave.
Location is exactly what we needed to walk between Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, NY Library and the list goes on!!
Room definitely needs a little maintenance but everything still functions fine. No critters like previous reviews have mentioned. Sheets were clean, housekeeping when needed was on point.
Breakfast consisted of small pastries (croissants, doughnut holes and fruits) and their POS coffee is enough to get the morning started.
Overall, I would stay here again if giving the opportunity. Just don’t pay attention to the sirens blaring until 1am. lol

Breakfast was delicious and staff very accommodating. Room was very nice and well appointed. But pillows need to be improved. They are flat provide little support. Body wash was hard to access become the bottle is up against the shower wall. Room was very quiet providing a nice, restful sleep.
