The location of this hotel is its biggest asset. The North End, the Garden, and Downtown are within an easy walk. Surprisingly they have no parking lot or contract with any of the nearby garages. I parked out in front of the hotel every night, didn't pay the meter, and only received one $40 tickets during my stay. It is cheaper to pay for a parking ticket there than it is to park somewhere. I would recommend not paying for parking, just park out front and wing it. The rooms are small yet clean and there aren't any real amenities in the hotel like a pool or a gym. If you need a place to lay your head for a few nights but don't require a fancy, overly expensive hotel, this place will do the trick.

Modern and upscale hotel. Large room with a comfortable king bed, a small table & chairs, large tv & a chair. Very friendly & helpful staff. We had breakfast at their restaurant Lucie which was delicious, portions were large & could be shared. The restaurant & bar were busy in the evenings too. Parking was expensive but seems to be the norm for Boston. Some walking required to reach attractions. Highly recommend.

Front desk (very friendly), check in seamless .Room was very, very basic but clean. Lighting in bathroom is dim at its brightest.We had a “platinum” room ,the a/c was as loud as an airplane taking off, beds and shower are fine. This is a 3.5 star hotel at best.
