Thanks to the front desk staff we got to Istanbul a day earlier in the middle of the night, my husband called to ask for a room, they accommodate us right away and even gave us on the side of the hotel we love ( we stayed there before lol) Thanks a lot I love this hotel

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Great luxurious hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Safe and quiet

Our first stay at a Ritz hotel and it was AMAZING the location was walking distance to many restaurant, shopping. Highly recommend to stay. All perfect. Having Nobu in hotel was a plus.
