Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price. We found mold in the shower and had to flag down a cleaning crew in the hallway to have it addressed. Overall, the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel left a lot to be desired. Check-in was also disappointing. The person checking us in was on a speakerphone call throughout the process, barely paying attention to us. The location is fine, but overall, definitely not worth what they charge.

Absolutely exceptional. The Manner is one of those rare hotels that gets every detail right — beautiful design, incredible atmosphere, impeccable service, and a level of sophistication that feels effortless rather than pretentious. From the moment you walk in, everything feels curated and special. Easily one of my favorite hotel experiences in New York. I cannot wait to come back.
