Older hotel but updated and clean rooms. We had Deluxe suite with 2 bathrooms and separate sitting room. We used Valet parking which is $55 per night. It could be difficult to find parking around the area. We did not use the restaurant in the hotel but there are so many place within walking distance. Staff very friendly.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

Convenient to local attractions

Room was great - we had the 1 bedroom suite. Staff was amazing. They were super helpful upon arrival and any need we had they were able to accommodate. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Lotte in Seattle is a nice four star hotel, but a little weird. It's located within the middle section of a large office building in downtown, occupying only floors 4-16. The lobby isn't on the first floor, but on the 16th along with the restaurant, and all the rooms are on floors below this. The service was great and our room was very clean, but I did notice a bit of a musty smell on some towels. However, my nose is very sensitive to this and my wife didn't really notice. The bigger issue I had was with the functionality of the room which seemed to be compromised in the name of art and style. There are mirrors everywhere except where you need them most, above the bathroom sink. Instead, there's a large window that opens up to the rest of the room. I'm not sure why you'd ever need this. To shave or put in contact lenses, you have to use a small countertop mirror (non-illuminated) that you have to bend down to use. The lights in the room are integrated into two wall panels near the entrance and night stand which let you control them remotely, but I could not figure out how to turn on just the hall lights without the other lights in the room. There just doesn't seem to be enough buttons to cover every combination of lights. We also had an issue with our shower faucet being stuck on scalding hot, but I don't know if this was an isolated or common occurrence. The restaurant food, service, and view were excellent, and the business center useful.

Dale’s place was quiet, organized and well appointed. There was an incredible breakfast spread in the morning to gnosh on.
