Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. Excellent location Usb is there but not working Tv is there but no satellite Electricity very controlled to the point they dont want you to use any electric Breakfast is ok Lovely spa

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

Hotel in a great location with stunning view from bedroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend Tirana and this hotel

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and great breakfast. Felt safe, importantly. The downsides are the high price and poorly maintained fitness facilities.
