The amenities are dated but we were told that they are in the process of upgrading the property. The rooms lacked adequate power outlets.
On the other hand the customer service experience was great. The staff was always kind, asking if they could assist with anything. The food was also good.

The staff was absolutely incredible, booking the signature level was well worth it solely for the access to the exclusive beach and pool with two of the best bartenders we have ever met (Ornella and Mario)! We were so well taken care of here that we are already planning on coming back!

Second time staying at this resort, this time around there didn’t seem to be a lot of entertainment. They closed the nightclub and the white party was lack luster! Doesn’t negate from the the fact that the staff is EXTREMELY nice and accommodating!

One of the best all inclusive we’ve stayed at. When they say all inclusive it’s truly that. Tons of high quality activities are all included such as scuba diving, snorkelling and others. The food is very high end almost like a French bistro and we appreciated the no tipping culture.
