"The service was fantastic. It's a well known hotel so anyone in Stockholm can direct to it. It's a bit of a walk to the main tourist part and further to shops (40 mins) but there is a tram 2 mins from the hotel. "Absolutely wonderful staff. Lovely room, only failings are no shower mat/towel and there were a few unsightly stains and damage to the rooms. Service wise, whether it be the breakfast room, reception or room servicing it was all exemplary. Friendly and professional."
