Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, though the carpets could use an upgrade.
I informed the front desk that I needed to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. and would require a taxi. I was assured that the front desk was staffed 24/7. However, when I came downstairs in the morning, no one was present, and there was no key drop box, so I was unsure where to leave my key. Eventually, a member of the kitchen staff who was setting up heard me ringing the bell and came to assist.
The taxi arrived purely by coincidence, as the driver happened to be passing by to check for early flight passengers. He charged me an additional €5, but at that point, I was simply focused on getting to the airport.
