While this hotel is rather dated, it was reasonably priced and met our needs. Staff were more than helpful, on all shifts. Rooms are fairly small but for two nights it worked.

Very helpful front desk staff - had all the answers at check in. We spent last night there before an early flight from Marco Polo. Had a nice late dinner down the street, arranged for a taxi that came on time and took us to the right door since we had our boarding passes & carryon. Bed was good, shower great, room was quiet. Just what you want for an early flight for a reasonable price.

Bugs in room, lots of flying roaches like bugs. Front desk said don't kill them they will make the room stink. Also refrigerated did not work. But the staff was very nice. Bugs not so much.

Due to unplanned flight problems, my family and I needed a place to stay overnight near the Venice airport. The BW was a quick taxi ride away and the staff was super helpful— allowing us to store our luggage early and also calling for a cab at 3 am. The room was pleasant. Some minor defects in the room, but nothing noteworthy. Overall, happy with our stay. The only negative was the price we paid. Seemed very excessive for what we got.

Very convenient to airport (although it would be helpful to have a shuttle; we took taxis because it was too hot to walk, not to mention the roadway is not really pedestrian friendly), room was comfortable and well air-conditioned, and staff were extremely helpful and nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem, we stayed here the night before our cruise transfer from the airport. It’s good price, well located and the breakfast was delicious. The room was in excellent condition and was more than enough for a short stay. The reception staff were phenomenal - even the one I Scared half to death lol

This was our first night in Italy (near Venice) before we hopped on a cruise. Excellent location, as it was close to airport where we would be getting our shuttle. The hotel is on the same road as the main bus that takes you into Venice (hope on hope off bus - excellent service and schedule). This was a perfect stop-over before we boarded our cruise. The Breakfast buffet is excellent - and staff was amazing.

Enjoyed this airport hotel as an option the night before rental car return and fly out. 4 minute drive to airport. Good breakfast they opened at 430am. Nice staff. Walkable to decent and inexpensive restaurants. Would certainly use again.

The hotel staff was amazing and very efficient! I asked for a fan and the front desk lady said is your A/C not on? I said it was, but us crazy Americans like fans, she laughed and she brought up a fan for us within 5 minutes! We also received a bottle of Rose when we checked in. The beds were comfy and the bathroom clean and neat. I would stay here again!! The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and well stocked

Welcoming hotel, we were in the new part and it was very comfortable. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Close to the airport if you arrive late like us...Venice is only 20min by bus to Piazzale Roma and €1.50 per person each way.
