A lovely hotel - good to look at inside and out. Well laid out - there were a few steps, though not may, but always a ramp as an alternative. Breakfast was excellent and the one night we ate in the hotel that was excellent too. All staff were lovely - very professional, so friendly and very helpful. The one not so good aspect was that all loungers around the pool were 'reserved with towels' from early morning, with most people not appearing until late morning or in some cases up to 1.00 pm. There was a sign saying any loungers not used for more than 2 hours, would have towels removed. That didn't happen. I appreciate this is a difficult thing to monitor but it is very annoying for those of us who don't practice that type of thing. There were actually a lot of loungers, though many of them were under the trees.

We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight.

This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either Overall the location is great and is was ok but not sure we would go back again

We had an amazing stay here. Very peaceful yet very central to everything in Palma. The staff was incredible and the breakfast is not to be missed. We would stay here every time we come to Palma. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this may be the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I mean, everything was great from the grounds to the staff to the location. There are multiple great beaches, golf courses and villages within 20 minutes of the resort. I would highly recommend the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel to anyone staying in Mallorca!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service from the hotel staff is perfecto in every way. Best vacation I’ve ever been on made that much better by the staff at the hotel. Came to Mallorca for a wedding and thought I would never come back, but thanks to the hotel and the beauty of the island I don’t have any doubt I will be back here again staying at Es Princep!!
