Wonderful room. Loved the little balcony off our room.
Steam room and spa were fun. Breakfast was tasty. Drinks in the outdoor spot were relaxing and cheap. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A short stroll to everywhere. It all made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. No downsides

Welcoming and reactive staff.
Really nice breakfast and perfect climate conditioning in the room (with no noise)
A great location in Bruges, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
