La Alcarria Ski Holidays

This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights.

The room was very clean, and the staff at the main reception desk downstairs were extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Amazing rooms and breakfast. Perfect location Very helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid. Very stylish decor in all areas, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the bar area was very nice for snacks and drinks. It would have been good to have more comfortable seating for smaller groups of people. Disappointed that the roof area was not in use during our stay at the end of October, even though the rooftop pool was closed for the season.
