Chinatown Ski Holidays

Wonderful room. Loved the little balcony off our room. Steam room and spa were fun. Breakfast was tasty. Drinks in the outdoor spot were relaxing and cheap. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A short stroll to everywhere. It all made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. No downsides

Excellent, spotless refurbished room. Welcoming and reactive staff. Really nice breakfast and perfect climate conditioning in the room (with no noise) A great location in Bruges, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Front desk staff is hit or miss. Some were very helpful. Asking several individuals seemed like you were putting them out, example was a plastic bottle of water. Again, others were delightful. The property itself is excellently maintained and well located. Really a beautiful property.

It’s a lovely hotel and exactly what you would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. The restaurant is excellent, the staff are warm and welcoming, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. My only disappointment was the bed. Before arriving, I specifically requested a double bed and was assured this would be provided. However, the room had two single beds pushed together with a double sheet over them, which was exactly what I had hoped to avoid. I also found the turndown service unusually early at around 5pm, which felt a little inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, I would happily recommend the hotel to friends and would consider staying here again. I imagine it is incredible at Christmas.
