Comfortable beds and reasonable sized room with all standard facilities. The split mattress (two single beds pushed together) was less than ideal for us as a couple and a proper blanket would have been useful as it was a bit cool overnight. The room cleaning could have been better, dust and hair left on the floor. Overall though, the cleanliness of the hotel appeared to be good. For us, the location was very good, close to the beach, close to public transport yet not on a busy road. A short 15min walk to a wide variety of dining choices. We were happy with our stay

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt für eine Woche (Frühstück und Abendessen). Das Essen war top! Sehr tolle und vielfältige Auswahl. Super Service, top organisiert. Am Strand war es sehr chillig. Keine nervigen Anfragen ob man bei den Aktivitäten mitmachen möchte oder so. Eins unserer kleinen Highlights: die Astronomy Night. Wir haben sehr viel gelernt und vermutlich einmalige Blicke in die Sterne werfen dürfen (es gab zwei Profi Teleskope). Auch die Anlage war top in Schuss. Gibt genug Liegen für alle. Gym und SPA waren auch top. Super freundliches Personal.

The room was really bad. We had an annex suite. It looks like a student dorm. Not a 4 star hotel. Honestly I saw university dorms that looked better. The pool was ice cold in October. No heating. Almost nobody in the water because of this. Too bad. The food was pretty good, staff was mostly nice. Animation team with some kids activities. The best thing about the hotel was the cats and dog ln property, kids enjoyed that. Otherwise it's just a place to stay. Not a 4 star resort for sure. I was disappointed, the other Atlantica hotels we stayed at were much better.

The hotel certainly doesn’t look like the pictures on Expedia, it is aged and dated. Each of the meals seemed quite repetitive and didn’t have much flavour

Loved it everything you need in one place two pools, restaurant's, beach and Sun. Shop on site and across the road. Very relaxing. Bus to Rhodes old town 30-60 depending on the time. Trips across the road to lindos and other places or hire a car. Lovely beach I've stayed locally 4 times. Family friendly. Lovely helpful staff. Good food and drinks something for everyone. Room and bathroom spacious. The hotel is catered for German speaking people although we didn't have any problems staff all speak English too. Nice little park for small children. Right on the beach so can go to and from there and they pool. Wish I had stayed more than a week.

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

Facilities were great, food was superb and hotel staff very friendly.
