Clean, bright, great breakfast, well maintained and helpful staff Would stay again

Great location, good breakfast, very clean and nice and quiet. Only critique was that the refrigerator in my room did not work but otherwise I really liked this place.

Great staff, great location, great amenities & a tasty breakfast.

The overnight staff were excellent. I arrived around 0:30 and the gentleman got me checked in quite quickly. Bed was a bit spongy, but the rest of the room’s appointments were great. Comfy chairs, good In-room coffee, nice and large bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was weak though. Loads of hot water. Quiet room with no noise from others in the building and minimal sound from outside (tram). Overall, a great hotel. Just need stronger water pressure in the shower.

Great hotel experience! Travelled with a family - 4 people. Family suite was spacious to fit all of us in, beds were set up ahead of time. Time was very helpful and accommodate an early check-in due to morning plane arrival. Restaurant had a broad menu and morning breakfast was excellent. All in all - very happy with our stay

Good location close to both rail station and old town. The immediate area is a little ethnic which might not be for everyone. No kettle, fridge or air con but a good fan was provided. The breakfast was excellent with good choice including smoked salmon and was definitely the best thing about the hotel. Whilst the facilities were not the best, this was reflected in the price and so I think the hotel represented good value.

Cozy hotel very close to most transportation options, walking streets, hop on hop off buses. The breakfast was great and the people working there were very helpful. We had booked a deluxe room with a large veranda. There was a heat wave in the city so it was nice to come back to the room that had a well-functioning air conditioning. Nothing to complain about, we would be happy to come back again.
