A nice hotel but rated as ‘okay’ overall for the following reasons; 1. before we travelled I tried to contact the hotel via this app and email about a travel cot but had zero acknowledgment or response. 2. When we checked in, we were given directions to our room but no offer to help with luggage even though we were loaded with bags and a baby/pram, and ended up getting lost initially. 3. Food tasted mediocre at best - a lot of options, but food plaques were sometimes missing or mixed on things which contained meat/fish. 4. Asking some bar staff to pour milk for my baby in a bottle felt like I was offending them when asking at times. 5. Entertainment (including the children’s disco) was good but we felt that it was a bit late starting for the young children. 6. We had mould on the ceiling next to our air conditioning unit
Not a bad hotel by a long shot and most of the staff were very friendly (especially the staff in the food hall), and the location was great, but definitely room for improvement.
