V friendly staff but often some of them are trying to sell you something or seeking tips. The hotel is a bit in need of a refresh and the facilities are limited. Also, the haggling at the shops on the hotel premises can get very frustrating. There are no set prices for anything.

"Fantastic hotel ,next to beautiful beach , huge swimming pool , pool bar , all facilities close by Rooms are bit dated but that’s the only negative thing Staff all over hotel amazing- pool , restaurant, beach etc - We been to Sharm few times and this was by far best hotel"
