Unexpected amenities fee didn’t say that while booking

I stayed at the Conrad Hilton for one very quick night due to having to rebook my flight out of Las Vegas because of constant delayed departure times. The room rate was very reasonable for a last minute booking. When I arrived the front desk member was extremely helpful and friendly and this was at 11:00 pm. I had never stayed there so he answered all of my questions as to restaurants and how to find my room. My room was fabulous! I was really bummed out that I wasn't going to be able to enjoy it longer than twelve hours. It was well lit and furnished very tastefully. The bathroom really made me cry because of the expansive shower that I wasn't going to have time to use, haha! Although my stay was last minute and too short, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's also very conveniently located on the Strip.

I was given a welcome drink when I arrived and my luggage was taken right up to my room. I stayed in the suite on the fifth floor - elevator only goes to 4th floor - which was fine for me, but important to know if stairs are a problem. It's only a 6 minute walk to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and groceries close by. It was a nice hotel for an overnight stay.

Kinsley was amazing, the environment and Restaurant was wonderful. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel. It was also close to the Spanish steps.

Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!
