The parking is a misrepresentation, it’s on the street and anyone could mess with your vehicle. Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Loads of hotels closer to beach ….Melia..

Super clean and excellent food! Location was perfect! Close to beach pubs and shops. Pool lovely. 30 minutes from bourgas airport. A must visit is nessebar aqua paradise water park free shuttle from flower street 20 mins away.

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day. Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get. The food and drink choices I would describe as Ok all inclusive food and drink, nothing spectacular, nothing massively tasty but all acceptable and topped up regularly. The pool snack bar is open all day so snacks between meal times were always available. Good choice on the Cocktail menu but they all tasted average. Animation and entertainment was Ok, I’ve been to hotels that have done a lot better with this… But it was there and the kids enjoyed it. The beach, shops and market stalls and beach are all within a 5-10min walk. If the price is right we will definitely be returning next year, that probably the best compliment I can give it.
