In general the experience was above and beyond what my family and I expected. The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice.

This hotel and the people working there are simply fantastic. Easy walking to just about anywhere in the city that a person might want to be. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Great location, clean, modern, spacious room. Lots of amenities and amenities for our baby (bathtub, crib, cute towel, toiletries etc)

Honestly, probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean modern amazing amenities love the gym love the pool area, delicious food Their breakfast buffet was unreal. Hotel is located in a great location Each floor has a different theme for music genres. All the staff are wonderful and helpful The shower even has speakers in it This place was a complete vibe🙌🙌🙌

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were lovely. The property feels a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades and maintenance. The hallways had a stale, old carpet smell and felt somewhat stuffy. Overall, the location and friendly service were highlights, but the hotel itself could use some refreshing.

The check-in process was not excellent. We arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait for the staff to find an available room, which was not our first choice. However, later the hotel offered to move us to another room, which we did not make because it was inconvenient. The manager improved our stay by giving us free breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping. We would return

The lobby looks shabby but once you pass it and get to the room and nice bathroom, you'll feel way better. My bedroom did not have a good view but didn't miss it. The hotel is excellently located, near bus stops, steps from Plaza Espana, Palacio Real, near Deboh Temple, Gran Via...really liked the location!
