Our stay at the Lotte Palace was amazing! From check in to check out, everyone was so helpful. When we checked in, we told them we were first time visitors from Iowa. They upgraded our room! We got a view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, it was stunning. We ordered room service late one night for dessert, and they were prompt and friendly. When we were checking out, we were asking the best way to get to JFK, the told us how much an UBER would cost and how much a cab would be. They even told us what train we could take. We will be back for sure!

The bed in our room was sunken in on one side where it seems most people sleep. The lighting in the hotel was dim, probably for a vibe but it made it hard to see things. There’s no ice machine and after walking around the city, having ice for cold drinks would be nice. The staff was friendly and the place had a cool ambiance. It was close to the subway so getting around was easy. They do have a water station and two adjoining restaurants, which helped when we didn’t want to figure out where to do for food.
