This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend.

Excellent and personal service. We like the spa SL though it is extra but we think it is good value. We are going to other QC hotels soon

Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean. The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again.

We had a rental car, and because the hotel is located in pedestrian only we had to park in the public parking and wait for their concierge to come get us with the golf cart. He was very friendly, and efficient you could tell he works hard getting guests to and from as quickly as possible! But the rest of the staff was not as agreeable. Front desk girls made us wait to collect our bags while they vaped out front. The breakfast server was very rude when we arrived 15 mins before breakfast was over. She made it very clear we were not welcomed and was put out she had to serve us. Would not recommend this hotel because there are so many others in the area to choose from.

There was no wifi in the room. I guess they out us in a room too far from the reception. Lights were off and room was small, but clean. Staff is kind. Parking in the premises
