The front desk workers were most helpful with everything.They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station.
I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system.
The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor)
Very good breakfast. Honey hive!

Bar service at the pool roof was not at the level of all the others, who were just very polite and helping. Noise level not quite respected among the people at the pool. I had to change room as the one provided wasn't same as reserved. But the view from the roof is amazing.
