Nice hotel and superfriendly staff. Breakfast was very nice and lunch was good. Dinner wasn’t really super exciting but it never really is for all inclusive. The maroccan restaurant that’s included in the hotel is a lot better than the main restaurant

An amazing stay!

Points positifs : personnel très très attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous emplacement de l'hôtel top Points négatifs : Les repas ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur que ce soit du petit déjeuner qui n'a de continental que le nom, nourriture insipide et extrêmement répétitif, toujours la même chose... vraiment pas bon Les transats : hormis le fait qu'il soit pris d'assaut dès 6H30 du matin, ils sont d'une qualité médiocre avec des creux au niveau de l'assise... serviettes de piscine trop petite et toujours un système archaïque de cartes pour ces serviettes. hormis les boissons, le all inclusive n'est pas à la hauteur car le buffet proposé dans la journée est très pauvre et toujours identique. Les fruits sont insipides et de mauvaise qualité, un comble pour un pays qui en produit tant ! La salade de fruits est constitué à 95% de pommes, Les dessers sont constitués de gâteaux à la crème pour l'essentiel, donc totalement délaissés compte tenu de la chaleur.

We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby, Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed

I stayed at Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa in Marrakech from June 23–28 for a family wedding. I booked a family room through Hotels.com because it was advertised as accommodating four guests and was priced higher than the standard rooms. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room with only two twin beds. When I explained the issue, I was told that once the rest of my family arrived, they would move us to the correct room. Unfortunately, the first room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working. When I requested a room change, I was initially refused. The manager, who introduced himself as Beni, dismissed my concerns by saying, “This is not England. You’re in Morocco. It’s hot,” even after I explained that I was not from England and that the AC was clearly malfunctioning. After further discussion, I was eventually moved to another room where the air conditioning worked, but there was no hot water and the toilet leaked. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, and I found the management to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. Guests were also discouraged from bringing in outside bottled water. Additionally, I noticed the American flag displayed upside down at the hotel entrance. When I politely pointed this out to the manager, his response was, “Do you have a problem?” I chose not to argue and walked away. An amazing stay!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Riad Dar Anika and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful, taking the time to recommend and book an excellent local restaurant for us, as well as providing useful tips and advice throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast each morning was absolutely stunning, with a wonderful selection of fresh Moroccan and continental dishes, all beautifully presented and served with a smile. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and the perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Thank you to everyone at Riad Dar Anika for such wonderful hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The Hotel itself is super nice and pretty well located. Quiet, nice breakfast, very nice interior, big rooms. You don’t hear anything from the outside. The air conditioning is great, necessary, and it works well. The staff is great and super helpful. You are south of old town but nothing is really far away. Plus we enjoyed the walk. The only possible complication is parking. It is a several hundred year old house and that was not accounted for when it was built. Finding parking may be a challenge - we were lucky but had to pay for two nights. It wasn’t much. They have a hamam - a sauna - but you need to book that a day in advance.

We travelled on bed and breakfast basis for 5 nights early July and overall had a very good stay. The excellent and helpful staff COUKD NOT be faulted. Reception, Guest Services, Security, Maintenance, Pool, Cleaners, Bar and Restaurant staff ALL helpful and friendly. Standard room size was good. Pool was clean and good size and staff again on hand to help with towels, beds and parasols. Good bar service pool side as well. Breakfast was lovely especially the omelet and pancake bar. Small improvements could be: more pool towels, more crockery and cutlery, upgraded shower control. But non of these things impinged on an availability on asking or our holiday enjoyment. One note, at time of writing the website talked of private area on beach with drinks etc available. There is a roped area on beach that guests of the hotel can use for free. It is not just for the hotel and there was no drinks/snacks service available from hotel. There is a small shop on promenade just behind beach however. Hope this is of use, would not hesitate to book again.
