Beach & ocean view couldn’t have been better. The hotel & room were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the SPA but prices seemed reasonable.

This is a beautiful property and the staff went above and beyond to greet you and make sure you had everything you needed. My only complaint would be noise coming from a nearby pier that is being built. Fortunately the noise only occurs during the week and ends late afternoon. I definitely would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Great staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.
