Good enough for a place to sleep. Should not be rated four stars. The only amenity is breakfast. Desk staff seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Dining hall was dimly lit, which gave off a spooky vibe. Cold eggs because they didn’t light the burners. No salt, pepper, or sugar on tables. Rooms faced railroad tracks. Trains were audible early in the morning. Entering hotel was a challenge as one needed to climb 20 stairs (tough with luggage). Located in scruffy neighborhood with limited food options. Bar was closed. There was an electric kettle in the room but no cups. In every way, the hotel communicated total indifference. Barely three stars

The staff were outstanding. So helpful. Katerina at the pool helped my wife when she slipped. We thank her for being so kind. Reception was great. The parking gues were so helpful. A very nice experience.

Absolutely a perfect Oasis in Athens serviced by the best hotel staff ever encountered. To put that in perspective I have worked in over 40 different countries. Highly recommended with one caveat. In over 1000+ hotels rooms I have stayed in during my working career I have NEVER encountered a Projector in the room. I now know why. The set up is extraordinarily complicated, the audio is VERY poor and the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. To top all that the screen descends and cuts the room in half . Change it (them) for flat panel OLED's on brackets, I do see however why it was done. Good idea with the theme of the room but it doesn't work. Get this corrected and its an exquisite place to stay. In all other respects really a Triple AAA.
