My family and I stayed here a few times many years ago when the resort was fairly new. Back then the resort appeared to be well kept. However, we just completed our stay a week ago and we were very disappointed. We booked a three bedroom unit for 5 nights but paid for an early checkout due to so many things that were wrong and made us uncomfortable. When we first entered the hall to our room, we could clearly see that it had not been maintained at all. The carpets were filthy, sticky, and disgusting. The walls were torn, not to mention the elevator being unstable and slow. There was only one elevator in the entire building that even the cleaning/maintenance staff had to share with the customers along with their big carts of laundry. When we entered the unit, it was so hot. The a/c did not work no matter what we tried to do. We contacted the engineering staff who came to replace the a/c wall unit and it started working temporarily but just stopped working again. The tap water throughout the unit smelled like stagnant pond water. The shower water pressure was slow and the water smelled also. You would think that with all of the money they charge and the number of guests who have stayed here, the manager would use the money to maintain this resort so that repeat guests would want to keep coming back instead of pocketing the money because it is definitely not used to maintain this resort. WE ARE NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very old outdated there was an odor the bed was absolutely the worst we’ve ever experienced the old carpeting, which is gross. There was a hole in the wall. It was disgusting. I would highly recommend looking around before you commit to this hotel. Doors didn’t hang on the hinges air-conditioning never worked. It was such a disappointment..

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. My room was like a studio apartment. Very cozy. Its location is central to many activities and the staff very nice. Also you can’t beat the price! I highly recommend this hotel.

The Delaney was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This means a lot to me as I have fibromyalgia and spondylosis. The on site tavern was an excellent spot for meals. Every meal I had was top notch. The bartenders were great, friendly and helpful. Free parking was an huge plus! The only complaint I have is that the front desk was without an employee often during the day and evening. When they were there they were helpful. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and assisted me with my needs.

It was our second time visiting and experience was awesome, friendly staff, clean resort, and lots to do for the kids. Restaurants are great and good drink options. We'll be back again.
