Great rooms and friendly staff; amazing location

We would have had a wonderful stay, except that housekeeping was awful. The first day they did not do our room or leave clean towels. We asked for service and were given towels, but no wash cloths. The next day we had to ask for sevice. The 3rd day, they madevthe beds and nithing else. These little things make a big difference toward avrelaxing stay. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent. Room service is fast and delicious. There is no free parking without a good walk, so be ready to add $48 nightly to park.

It’s a very cute property and our room was large and well decorated. It was a bummer that there was no restaurant or food available on property. Staff were fine but seemed a little amateur. Feels a little more like a B&B than a hotel, not necessarily a bad thing. Just depends on what you’re looking for.

Great bed, clean room, loved that they had two sinks in the bathroom.

The room was so clean and the property looked just like the pictures! Beautiful property. Comfortable beds. Will stay here again on the next trip to Santa Barbara!
