Both the food and the service was amazing. The staff is attentive. Polite and very welcoming.

The bar/restaurant is very nice and breakfast was delivered to our room hot and fresh. Some electronics in the room weren't working at a light bulb was out in our lamp, which was annoying. The one thing I do not like about this hotel is that there is ample parking and yet they feel compelled to charge for it. this is really an up charge on the room because hardly anyone would stay there without driving to the location.

Very accommodating for a very early check-in. Lobby/bar is great.

It was a convenient location however the room was so outdated. The light fixtures are missing a piece where you can actually see above the room and into the attic space. The lock handles to the restroom were loose. And the AC / Heater did not work well. The main front piece of the unit was coming off and loose. There was trash in one of our cans that was not taken out.

The wait for the elevator was insane. Just when you thought it was finally on your floor, it was full and you had to wait for it again. Unfortunately, the stairs did not allow you to exit on the lobby floor. It was either the elevator, or the emergency exit to the road and then had to go back to the front entrance. As for the front entrance, that’s the ONLY entrance. You had to park your car in the parking garage and then walk all the way back out to the front entrance. The pool was under construction, which we were not aware of. Rooms were decent size but outdated.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff is efficient and friendly and there're a ton of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a very short driving distance. I definitely recommend this hotel!
