Absolutely loved my stay! The staff was friendly and helpful! Raul greeted us at midnight and immediately made us feel welcome! Great location and amenities! Breakfast amazing! Highly recommend!! It’s the perfect location right outside the Main Street and feels like a little haven. Would stay again!

The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.

We enjoyed Donna Carmela so much we extended our stay by 2 days. All staff were gracious and helpful. We loved the sumptuous breakfast, gourmet restaurant for dinner, as well as the lounge and pool bars. After a day of sightseeing around Mt Etna and Taormina, we came back to the oasis of this lovely resort.

A wonderful stay! We spent three nights there and would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is situated on a vast property with beautifully manicured gardens. The pool is huge. The beach is just a few meters away and easily accessible. The food and service were excellent. We would return without hesitation!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas that make the town so special. The hotel was charming, impeccably clean, and blended perfectly with the historic character of the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect base for exploring Ragusa Ibla. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The hotel is very nice but very expensive for food & drinks & the menu is basically for fine dining so maybe not for everyone? Very isolated so you can only really eat at the hotel but positioned well for Mount Etna excursions & that is why we chose it.

It’s a really beautiful hotel. Great staff, great food, AC works, beautiful spa. It’s in central place but not in the midst of all the chaos at the same time!

Staff very helpful. My spouse was ill and staff helped get us through. Breakfast was great. Pool area and seating beautiful. Swimming in the sea was very nice. Lifeguards always available.
