Clean rooms, great value add of free, covered and private parking at property in a quite congested area!

Clean , and beautiful very close to corso Umberto and stores!! Excellent breakfast and the personal very nice people!! Parking but 30 euros by night at the hotel.

Everything to the tiniest detail was excellent! From the manager’s welcome to Carmine our evening housekeeper, restaurant and bar staff, concierge Karina, and bell service it could not have been better. One of our best hospitality stays ever!!

Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother with it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof bar was chilled out. The private balcony only had two lounger chair and two of us stayed. I’d suggest having too to encourage more usage.

Everything was great - staff were super friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and centrally located. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Few minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and the tram that takes you to the beaches. Room is spacious but we wish there were a dresser with drawers. Highly recommend.
