Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The room was great and the hotel was in a great location. Very clean facility and the staff was exceptional. The very best part was the Michelin Star restaurant right inside the hotel! Fabulous food and amazing staff. Zero complaints. Great place to stay.

Great location good service & would recommend.

The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
