Stayed here numerous times as I visit at least twice a year for the last 6 or so years, never had a problem until this time. TV channels didn’t work, they came to fix twice and still only got BBC 1 and 2, so not good. Cleaners turned up to room at 5.30pm so wouldn’t clean, I said could you come tomorrow and they agreed but didnt, had to complain and they finally cleaned room two days late. Room was a little tatty with hole in wall and worn fittings. Shame really as I’ve always had positive thoughts from here, the price I paid I’d expect a bit more.

A lovely comfortable hotel in the town centre. Good location close to restaurants and bars. Staff always helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Limerick.
