Great location across from Plaza España, so much to do nearby! Rooftop at night was great picture taking spot, had a fun vibe with drinks and music, but we went out to local tapas bars every night, just walked around and took pics and left. Pool is small, and not heated, so a little chilly when you get in. If you want a good sunset, walk to the Temple Deboed, the park overlooks the city and is also a cool vibe at sunset. Hotel was a nice 4 star hotel, clean rooms and staff were professiona. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE! I have never seen so much food to choose from at a hotel breakfast, best I have ever experienced!l

Very good service

We were given an accessible room hough i hadnt booked ine. The bathroom was a wet room with a seat in the shower so the floor was soaked. Also nowhere to hang towels. Literally not even a peg! The pool is not a swimming pool, it's about 3 meters by 4 meters.

Fantastic location, sparkling clean hotel, large rooms and great breakfast

Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around. The room is big and has many amenities. The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable. Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp. The bed is very hard.

Excelente localización del edificio, Pero al estar ubicado en un tercer piso, con sesenta escalones para acceder desde la calle, no es aconsejable para viajeros con maletas pesadas. Tampoco es que vayan a caber en la pequeña habitación. Si lo que busca es un B&B ( Bed and Bath ) , muy bueno.
