We loved staying there with our family, everything was amazing and luxurious! We were aware of the location, so we did not mind it being far from the city. Everything was great!

Hard to find parking spot and due to construction nearby a lot of dust and dirt

Nice moder hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities... The staff were friendly and the spa was great. We had an early check-in and the offered us an accessible room until 12 which we paid for...they had a junior and presidential suite available but didnt offer it to us was a bit disappointing. Overall good experience

Stayed for 2 nights. It was easy access to most places around the town. I liked the shopping mall next to the hotel. I didn’t like the quality of the food.

Good location on a hill station ,pools and spa service was great ,room service good and breakfast was nice. Only thing they lack is communication and language barrier where you can not communicate what do you want
