I found it unfortunately that a hotel with such nice and quality bedding had speakers blasting so loud that our walls were literally shaking and I had to sleep with ear plugs in even though we were on the 4th floor

I loved this hotel and its proximity to the theatre district. We walked everywhere. Room was sufficient and clean. Great price. My only complaint, we returned from a show one night and our keycard wouldn’t open our room door. Back down to the desk, where they act like it is completely my fault. Treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing. What has happened to customer service. A simple, we’re sorry, let me get you a new keycard would have been nice.

The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.

Hotel was quaint and charming! The beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was super helpful and even let us borrow an umbrella and were really quick with food recommendations and subway directions! Loved our stay…would stay here again.
