No water bottles for drinking room is small but good Breakfast is good

Staff is very sweet. Breakfast was good . They have a timer for air conditioning. Which is a great thing , but when it stops at night it gets hot . There should be atleast a fan that is on through . Specially for someone trying to beat jet lag. The construction about the property is still going on , but it doesn’t stop you from walking around . It’s just not pretty . But that’s not in control of the hotel. I’m sure once the constructions are done it will be good . Rooms are big and nice . The bath tub class divider should be bigger so that water doesn’t spill all over the washroom. We felt safe and secure and that’s what’s most important. They are working on adding more fun things like sauna etc . Thank you for having us . We will come back !

Lovely place , great helpful staff but plumbing so noisy , other rooms using toilets etc caused load noise in the room

Nice hotel, great location -- steps from the Grand Place and the Central Train Station (beware of some cobblestones along the way, though; a little bumpy for suitcase wheels). Breakfast was expensive, though (30 euros per person!), so we opted to stock up on yogurt, fruits, and OJ from the train station's Carrefour Express, just down the block. Many restaurants, souvenir shops, chocolate shops, etc. nearby.

Le chatelain hotel is very nice!! We have enjoyed our stay. The receptionists’ team are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and as a family, we will definitely stay and recommend le chatelain for anyone staying in Brussels.
