Classic and morden combination

Awesome hotel in the heart of the Old Town. A historic cinema still operates in the basement and first floors, and our son loved the popcorn machine outside the theater. Our room (superior double) was nice and large with an updated bathroom and plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in providing directions, making reservations, etc. Our son loved his cute present for reading the Leo book provided at check-in. A grocery store and numerous restaurants are just steps away. The funicular is about a 10-minute walk, as are most parts of the old town, and the new town is also about a 10-minute walk across the Mozart Bridge. The perfect spot to stay when visiting Salzburg!

We, a family of 4, stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean, staff was friendly, and there was sufficient free parking space. Also good location with a massive shopping outlet and multiple restaurants nearby. Only challenge was that air conditioning in rooms was not good and staff was unable to help. Considering increasing temperatures during summer, may be invest a bit in improving quality of air conditioning to have a peaceful sleep.
