Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful.

This hotel is definitely not 5*, no amenities provided, very poor breakfast, like at 3* hotel, room was full of dark black hair, and most important pay attention to the location , as it’s in central station area, and we felt unsafe to walk there in the evening
