Structurally dated but very practical and clean. The hotel is close to campus and BART, with plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities to choose from. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our initial room smelled of cleaning products, which made us uncomfortable. When we mentioned it, the staff immediately accommodated us by changing our room. We have stayed there many times and look forward to returning.
