This hotel is beautiful, I had an amazing stay. The staff is wonderful.

It’s the most respectful and beautiful place don’t think twice

I’m sure this property has seen better days, but currently it doesn’t present itself even close to luxury. First turn off - the design is inspired by colonialism. Second, the carpets are dirty, the paint is chipping off, the usb outlets don’t work, the grounds smell like urine, the signage is awful making it hard to navigate around. The worst part though was the AC. Thinking I just got unlucky getting that one room with broken AC, I reported the issue to the front desk in the morning. Well, it turns out the AC is regulated by the front desk and you need to let them know that you’d like it turned on. Too bad no one said anything at check-in. Ridiculous.

Staff at desk—fabulous, especially Chiara. Location perfect. Roof top bar restaurant is excellent and a great experience Gym was not sufficiently air conditioned and a few times needed to have a technician come up to make it function. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not imaginative in selections; the room and bathroom are relatively small by US 4-star standards and the TV is not an operative smart TV

Fantastic stay, great food and a really excellent team of staff. Can’t recommend it enough
