The check in was satisfactory, clean hotel and professional staff. The location stood out, conveniently located across Brussels Midi Train Station & a 10min walk to Old Town, shopping area and restaurants

The room was super clean which is something I really appreciate, staff was courteous. First day we didn't had soap, also at night the room smells like food from the restaurant.

Very convenient location. Close to metro and local transportation. The ladies that work at breakfast was all nice! We requested to cook suny side eggs and without hesitation, they serve perfectly cooked eggs. Thank you all!

Very nice hotel. The ambiance from the inside is excellent. You think you are in a small.castle. wood, lights and chimney everywhere. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine, not too many choices but is above the average of what you will expect. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Just a walking distance from the grande place.

Good location for Central Brussels and the train station. Lovely hotel all round. Bedrooms very warm though and the shower wasn’t very powerful.

Fire could have been lit in the bar considering how cold it was, prices of breakfast and other meals were so exhorbitant I ate elsewhere, especially after the room service card I put outside my door for breakfast was not even collected by staff.

Hotel is fantastic in every way. Menu is slightly limited for me but that’s just personal taste.
