Vuurtoren Ski Holidays

This location was perfect!! Staff was so friendly and gave us a great outline on the map of where to checkout! We walked everywhere and had a blast. Would definitely stay again! There was an awesome restaurant just steps away that you can have a night cap at!

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

Just back from Brussels and wanted to say how brilliant this hotel is. From the moment we arrived the staff were fabulous, welcoming and attentive which really made us feel at home. The room was far larger than expected, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's pretty convenient for the city centre. Walking it takes about half an hour but if that's too far there's a frequent tram service around the corner that'll get you into the main tourist areas in about fifteen minutes. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe and provides a nice respite from the crowds in the city centre. We'll definitely return if we come back to Brussels. Merci

The sink in the bathroom was broken, we informed the staff to fix it, and was told it would be looked at. Then was told we have to request towels and cleaning isnt done everyday. Its a 4 star hotel, what am i paying for

Very disappointing experience at Warwick Brussels. During our stay, the electricity on our floor went out for almost two hours during the night. We had no air conditioning, no internet, no lights, and basically no electricity at all. We could not sleep properly and it completely ruined the night. After asking the hotel team several times what was happening, we were eventually told that it was related to a planned upgrade that had gone wrong. What was especially frustrating is that we were placed on a floor affected by these works without any warning beforehand. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected much better.
