9.8/10 Exceptional! (2,143 reviews)
The room was very clean, and the staff at the main reception desk downstairs were extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (494 reviews)
Great location, one block away from Gran Via metro. I stayed solo in what they called the "tiny room ", but it was plenty big enough for one.
I would happily stay here again.
