Historical and beautiful place! Not usual hotel rooms!

The hotel was conveniently located, and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, I hope the hotel improves its Wi-Fi coverage, as the connection can become unstable when multiple guests are accessing the network.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance to everything. The lounge was a welcomed escape from the heat. Breakfast options were plenty and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Exactly like the photos. The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. The hotel would be worth the price tag just for the comfortable rooms and location, but it has the added bonus of a free breakfast (with tons of choices and free mimosas), free luxury spa facilities and free home made lemonade and biscuits available at all times. We can’t recommend this hotel enough as a boutique stay perfect for adults wanting a luxury escape.

Amazing hotel, service and staff !!

This property is amazing. It is in the hills above Florence with a beautiful view of the non historic parts of the city with amazing sunset views. It is a great quiet place to come after a busy day of site seeing in Florence. It is a short cab ride from the city

Great relaxing atmosphere with very friendly service

The hotel is perfectly located within a 2 minute walk of the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery and museums. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to Pisa S.Rossi train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and speak many languages fluently. The room was a good size for a city centre hotel and was very clean. You are given shampoo/body wash and soap in the room so no need to take lots of toiletries however if you prefer proper brands there is a Carre Four supermarket over the road which sells everything you need for you stay. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace. There is only a small area for drinks only but we had Aperitivo 3 times (which you need to book at reception) and it was amazing. The views are to die for. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport and Pisa Centrale Station which is run by staff at the hotel so you are safe and not being over charged. Overall the hotel offers everything you need for an excellent stay in Pisa. We’re definitely going to be booking again.
