An Absolute Paradise! From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. The staff truly went above and beyond—especially Alvero, our butler. He met us at check-in, personally walked us around the grounds to show us all the resort’s amenities, and even arranged dinner reservations for our group of eight. Throughout our stay, Alvero regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and to see if we needed anything at all. Our room was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Even though the resort is large, it had a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The surroundings were absolutely stunning. A special shoutout as well to Ismael at the adults-only swim-up bar. He was fantastic—friendly, entertaining, and always quick to serve your favorite drink with a smile! If I had one critique, it would be the quality of the food, which could definitely use some improvement. However, thanks to Alvero and Ismael, our trip was truly outstanding and unforgettable.

We have 6 days at the resorts. With all family and friend. The resorts is big and nice. The beachfront area is excellent. And the server at the buffet are very nice specially Onelia Guerrero she’s friendly helpful and supper nice. It’s would be perfect if the reception and the doorman is more helpful and professional, I think should have better training . All the room clean but the shower is smell from the sewers not done properly .

The staff were awesome, our concierge Kelvin was very accommodating for our group of 6, rooms were well appointed and spotless, bars were well stocked and mixologist were spot on! Restaurants and buffets offer great options had great eats for all. The beach bar on the adult side was fantastic, Gilberto and Rafael run a great bar for all your drink requirements and very friendly! Pedro will find your spot on the beach any time of day. All in very good experience.
