Did not try spa. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean.

We stayed 3 weeks at this hotel. The facilities are very disabled unfriendly and a struggle for those with mobility issues. Upon entering the prison like gates, you are reliant on golf buggies to get you to reception and your room so if drivers or buggies are lacking, you’re stuck. Breakfast buffet restaurant is awful. Birds eat off the serving utensils, birds eat the crepes that are pre-prepared and left out for guests. We couldn’t understand why they don’t put covers on all the food. There are bird faeces on the dining seat covers, tables are grotty, the filth is endless. Buffet options are basic for breakfast and dinner. Chefs are awful, the male and female at the front making eggs mock guests and are generally quite rude. One female staff member shouted at juniors whenever she was on shift, it was so unpleasant for a hotel that promotes peace and tranquility. We saw 3 weeks of this and towards the end we did not eat breakfast at their restaurant. We bought food at the supermarket and kept it in the room, far more tasty and less negativity first thing in the morning. It’s also best to pay for a taxi and eat outside the hotel for dinner, there are good restaurants around. Rooms are filthy. I’m sure housekeepers do their best but they don’t have the right cleaning items. Our shower was covered in mould. We raised several issues with management but nothing was rectified. Be careful with taxi drivers affiliated with the hotel and have the price written down prior to travel.
